College Avenue Apartments Phase II Breaks Ground!

The earthwork is complete, and the forms are set for 4 new high end apartments in Magnolia Village. These apartments are at the corner of Oleander Walk and College Avenue. They will feature all the great amenities of phase 1. This building, designed by TMA Architects, will be a great addition to phase I, and College Avenue. Updates and pictures will be posted as we move forward!

Sears and Roebuck Homes

We have used a number of these old Sears and Roebuck plans as inspiration for our exteriors. It still shocks me when I see how inexpensive these home packages were. You'd pay as much nowadays for the real wood windows in the front gable, as you would have for the entire home package 90-100 years ago.

1316 South Henderson Complete!

Construction of the new home at 1316 South Henderson in Fairmount is now complete. The design and architecture were done by the very talented homeowners. I was proud to be part of this one.
