New Home Coming to Camp Bowie!

I am excited to announce that we will be building our first home in Camp Bowie! The home will be located at 5628 Pershing. The designer and I went all-out in an effort to give the neighborhood a very special home. The space was carefully designed for a family that likes to entertain and spend quality time in a private courtyard space, which is perfect for grilling and relaxing. The home features approximately 2700 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a three car garage. The styling will be contemporary craftsman with all the detailing. We should be breaking ground in the next 30 days.

570 Parker Oaks Progress!

Our new home in Parker Oaks is looking to be complete ahead of schedule in late November. I will post some interior shots as we finish up. The homeowners did a great job with their selections!

622 Hemphill Complete!

Here are some pictures of our latest mixed use project at 622 Hemphill in the Fort Worth hospital district. This new building has two apartments and around 2000 square foot of ground floor office for lease. This is our 3rd generation mixed use building. I hope to be announcing our 4th very soon!

1316 Washington Closed

Our latest home is Fairmount is complete and the buyers have moved in. I received a very nice email from the homeowner with this picture attached saying, 'Home Sweet Home.' A great message to get from a happy homeowner.
