9208 Ravenswood Goes Vertical!

Framing has begun on our Pecan Plantation home. The greatness of this plan can only be captured when you walk in the front door (or what will be the front door.) There is no way to describe the home other than grand!

Second floor framing is in progress. I will post updates as we go....

622 Hemphill

Our 3rd generation mixed use building is breaking ground! Forms are set and piers and in place. The plan is to be framing in the next 10-12 days. I am so proud to be getting this one going.

We will be offering office space on the ground floor with two 1000 plus square foot apartments on the second floor. I hope to have a rendering soon,

Pecan Plantation Home Gets Piers!

I have to post some kind of progress on something. I know piers aren't that exciting, but when you have four projects locked up in different stages of municipal red tape, then you take what you can get and see it as a baby step in the right direction.

This is the beginning of a beautiful riverfront home overlooking a tree lined hillside. I am jealous of the owner. This home is going to be great.

New Pierpont Home Coming to Pecan Plantation by Jos. P. Frank

Construction is about to begin on this Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home in Pecan Plantation outside of Granbury. I am very excited to start this house. It has the most unique interior of any home I have done to date. The 2nd story has a wrap around catwalk open to the 1st floor living area, a loft, and and balcony overlooking the Brazos River that wraps around the back of the lot. The home will be a showpiece when complete.

The home is again big on green features like foam insulation, radiant barrier, tankless water heater, 16 SEER HVAC, and a whole house fan.

We have forms set, and hope to get the foundation down in the next week or so......I will post pictures as we progress.

1316 Washington Goes Under Contract!

The 1300 block of Washington will be welcoming some great new neighbors this summer. Construction is set to begin on a new custom 2400 square foot 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage craftsman home in the next 30-60 days. The contracted buyers are set to be in by August.

I am thrilled to be putting up another home in Fairmount. I am proud of all the homes I have built, and every one gets a little bit better than the last. After one last hurdle at the Historic and Cultural Landmarks Commission, we should be two weeks away from breaking ground.

The new neighbors are major contributors to the efforts on Magnolia and we are lucky to have them. I will post progress as we get going.
