Sears and Roebuck Homes

We have used a number of these old Sears and Roebuck plans as inspiration for our exteriors. It still shocks me when I see how inexpensive these home packages were. You'd pay as much nowadays for the real wood windows in the front gable, as you would have for the entire home package 90-100 years ago.

1316 South Henderson Complete!

Construction of the new home at 1316 South Henderson in Fairmount is now complete. The design and architecture were done by the very talented homeowners. I was proud to be part of this one.

Pecan Plantation

I received this recent picture of the home in Pecan Plantation from the homeowner. The grass and landscaping have come in, and they have installed beautiful rock work around the driveway and flowerbeds.

1316 South Henderson Progress.......

1316 South Henderson is a beautiful new duplex in the Fairmount Historic District. The cabinets and trim are nearly complete, and we look to be painting and setting the driveway next week. The homeowner is a commercial designer-and it shows. The home will be one of the finest I have built.

College Avenue Apartments Completed!

College Apartment Progress

Here is the latest picture of the College Avenue Apartments. We have the first building bricked and all the buildings are sheet rocked. We should be complete in the next 2 months.
