The earthwork is complete, and the forms are set for 4 new high end apartments in Magnolia Village. These apartments are at the corner of Oleander Walk and College Avenue. They will feature all the great amenities of phase 1. This building, designed by TMA Architects, will be a great addition to phase I, and College Avenue.
